WHO IS RESISTING WHOM?
Zechariah 3:1-10 & James 4:7

I - Satan will resist your SALVATION 
"... is not this a brand plucked out of the fire?" {vs 2}
"...Take away the filthy garments from him. And unto him he said, Behold, I have caused thine iniquity to pass from thee, and I will clothe thee with change of raiment." {vs 4}
We must be saved and Satan will do all he can to prevent it {Acts 4:12}
He uses false religion, fear, a false sense of security, etc


II - Satan will resist your SUBMISSION 
"...If thou wilt walk in my ways, and if thou wilt keep my charge,..." {vs 7}
You are to walk in the Lord's ways and submit unto Him


III - Satan will resist your SERVICE 
"...Joshua the high priest standing before the angel of the LORD, ..." {vs 1}
"...then thou shalt also judge my house, and shalt also keep my courts,..." {vs 7}
God saved you to serve Him {Heb 12:28}


IV - Satan will resist your SHINE {Matt 5:14-16} 
"...and I will give thee places to walk among these that stand by." {vs 7}
"...and thy fellows that sit before thee:..." {vs 8}
Christians have a world watching them, waiting for them to stumble {Heb 12:1}
