TRUE VS. FALSE SALVATION
Jude 1:3-7


I - THE COMMON SALVATION {vv 3, 5} 
-".to write unto you of the common salvation."
-Salvation may be common - but it is not for unbelievers!
-Many, like those brought from Egypt, claim to be on their way to Heaven, but are not believers.
-{vs 5} ".destroyed them that believed not."


II - THE CARNAL SALVATION {vv 4, 7} 
-".turning the grace of our God into lasciviousness."
-Teaching that the grace of God overlooks lasciviousness
-Many, like those in Sodom, claim to be saved by God's grace, but live in ungodliness.
-{vs 7} ".suffering the vengeance of eternal fire."


III - THE CORRUPTED SALVATION {vv 4, 6} 
-".denying the LORD God, and our LORD Jesus Christ."
-Teaching that the LORD does not have to be obeyed
-Many, like the angels in heaven, may claim to love the Lord, but do not submit to His authority
-{vs 6} ".reserved in everlasting chains."
