2 Samuel 4:4 * 9:1-13


I. Mephibosheth was SEPARATED {vs 8} 
-After his fall, there was a great separation between Mephibosheth and the kingdom
-There is a great separation between God and man because of sin


II. Mephibosheth was SOUGHT AFTER {vv 1-5}
-David sought after Mephibosheth
-God seeks after lost sinners, not the other way around


III. Mephibosheth was SAVED {vv 6-13}
-Saved from a miserable life and given an inheritance
-God will do the same for you


IV. Mephibosheth was given SONSHIP {vv 7, 11, 13}
-It was as if Mephibosheth was David's own son
