IV - GOD USES PREACHING {vs 3} 
"But hath in due times manifested his word through preaching..."

B - Saves his world {Mark 16:15}


V - GOD PROVIDES {vs 4} 
"...Grace, mercy and peace, from God the Father..." 
A - Spiritual needs {vs 4}
