I CAN'T FORGIVE
Matthew 6:14-15


I - Acknowledge that forgiveness is mandatory, not optional. {Mark 11:25, Romans 12:19}

II - Acknowledge that unforgiveness gives Satan a foothold in your life. {II Corinthians 2:10,11, Hebrews 12:15}

III - Acknowledge that unforgiveness is actually an attempt to push God out of the judgment seat and sit there yourself. {James 4:11-13}

IV - Acknowledge that you must give up the right to revenge. {Romans 12:17-21}

V - Place the judgment of all things and people into God's hands, understanding that with the same measure of grace and mercy that YOU deal out it will be dealt back to you. So be full of grace and mercy! {Luke 6:37,38}

VI - Ask the Father to help you forgive in the name of Jesus. {Philippians 4:13, John 15:5}

VII - Remember that there is NO forgiveness form heaven to YOU if you don't forgive. {Matthew 6:14,15, Mark 11:25}

VIII - Remember our forgiveness is to be unlimited. {Matthew 18:22, Luke 17:4}

IX - Forgiveness will be seen in how we treat the other person. {Genesis 45:5-11, Romans 12:20,21, James 2:13}
